WHAT'S WITH MY MEMORY

i got out of the neurologist's office and she was a neurologist who i haven't seen before. she just basically showed me some shapes and told me to name them and then i was supposed to remember them later on, which i could not do for the life of me. she also showed me some shapes and asked me to name something that i thought of when i looked at that shape. she kept asking me to remember the shapes and i would tell her the name of the shape that i could remember and sometimes she would check on her piece of paper but sometimes she wouldn't. most of them were checks.. i don't know whether that's good or bad. she told me that my psychologist had referred me to her because she was worried about my memory and she thought that i could get adjustments for college because i had told her about my difficulties with memory in class. we'll see the results, i didn't finish the test, it was so long that i still have another part to finish up later and i'm supposed to schedule that with my independent living services worker.. if and WHEN she actually makes a meeting with me. i had to cancel the meeting today because of the neurologist, she probably wasn't coming anyway.
